im gonna get some red fablon from b&q as someone else mentioned.will look smart with the red underneath.
Make sure you only peel the cover off the fablon only where its covered by metal, i.e. not the inside of the GTI wording, as dust and dirt will stick to it it you leave it sticky.
You probably already thought of that though !
