mfa ambient air temp sensor

the last reading on the mfa on my mk3 golf gti 8v is not reading properly, does anyone know where the ambient air temp sensor is and what i looks like? thanks.

In my case it hangs down behind the drivers side indicator/fog cluster.   I dont think its supposed to hang down but its arround that area  :grin:

Yea I couldnt see where it was supposed to be attached either and had bumper off then!

they clip into the bottom vent..there should be a metal clip that fall's off far too easy !!

Ah that explains it then! (dont have bottom vents anymore)
