what is that part as it had caused my golf to lose power and feel really slow so i unpluged it and it feels fine again (alot more power) and whithout kangarooing . any advise .
i have a 1990 5 dr golf gti 8v with a scorpion dtm stainless aexhaust system , k+n panel filter .

will cleaning my isv sort out my power splutter(kangarooing) problem?????
