Another tardis user here, its excellent for removing tar from not only your wheels but also your paintwork, it basically just wipes off. Just remember to re-wax afterwards.
 It may seem like a big tub but you'll soon go through it.

you don't need to go for a long drive, a quick reverse and forwards with the brakes held on soon works - even easier if you've got DSG (or a choke!)

The Hots Rims to clean the brake dust off


Is this safe to use on 18" laquered monzas? I have ordered some but it smells quite harsh (like.. acidy) and not sure if I should use it or not :undecided:

well peolpe on DW are using it on everything.... if its ok on paint i wouldnt see why not... try it on the back of the wheel first?

he is talking hot rims though not tardis, i would be cautious with it, make sure its all off, and possibly water it down, the monzas are lacquered so will take a bit of abuse, but if theres cracks, scratches etc then the hot rims may sneak in
