Taking rear seats out of a Mk4 GTI

Could anyone please give me any tips for how to take the folding seat section out of the back of my golf?

Awsome, now ive just got to take my golf back to the garage i bought it from last week for them to fix the leak that is coming into the back passenger side footwell.  Its really pi**ing me off as i thought i had fixed it last week.  Washed the car this morning to take some pics to put on here in the Mk4 owners section and the water has returned, saturating the sound proofing foam under the carpets 
Are there any notorious leak spots in Mk4's that may lead to water coming into the rear passenger footwell?  My car is parked uphill on my driveway so it could be running down from anywhere.

the only common leaks are casued by the sunroof gutters getting clogged.

have you got a sun roof?

if so, open the front doors there are 2 rubber tubes with a teat on the end on each side, squeeze these and its drains the gutter drain, there are 2 on the rear of the car behind the bumper too.

the leak isn't coming from the c pilar is it? as that could be rear wiper spray.

No, i dont have a sunroof.  I thought i found the problem last week when i found the pollen filter cover had a crack in it, which lead to a saturated pollen filter and water coming in through the vents.  Replaced both of those, and that part has stayed dry following the wash this morning.
I dont think its anything to do with the rear wiper as i havent used that this morning, i've been chucking buckets of water over the car to rinse it, and that is where the water has come from....BUT FROM WHERE I DONT BLOODY KNOW!!!  ARRGH!!
