Cheers guys..

182blue.  I agree on your point regarding the inside of the lettering. The set up was an estimation and ran some off mainly to check it would work, hence the samples. My Laser guy reckons it will improve by adjusting the beam/pulse.Also maybe a .3' increase on depth to give him something more to work with.. The laser feed marks will still be there but hardly noticable. The brushed effect I thought matched well with VW,s effort,as expected for Sheffields finest, so thats a go.

Like I said earlier,I've adjusted dims and need to cut a set out,try it in my GTI to make sure. Hopefully by Friday they,ll be ready.

Dunno about price yet, they will be going on the bay,but this forum will be looked after 1st.

Cheers. Gulf

Another thing that would be really really nice for R32 Owners would be the engine spin trim....just to finish it off i think! Havent seen R32UK's samples so cant really comment on them yet but im pretty sure it would fit with the rest of the interior

OK Mine arrived today... god my posty must be slow compared to the others.

Only a few points to note..
The brushed look is superb and looks oem against the dash strips in my ed30.
The 2 pieces had obviosly rubbed together in the envelope, so perhaps tape them to a piece of card or paper to post next time?

I guess I need to use some thin double sided tape to hold them in place, they slide about.

Overall, very impressed with them and as long as the cost of production is low enough to warrant your time, I think you're onto a winner with little touches like this.
