Evening All....

Got the dreaded knock at the door on Thursday night / Friday morning from the local police to ask if I was the owner of a black Golf reg number *******

I am (of course) and was asked to follow the policeman to my car parked just up the road where the front passenger window had been bricked and most of the middle part of the dashboard and my Pioneer AVIC HD1BT was missing....

So if you are offered the above mentioned head unit, cheap with a serial number of FGMH008072EW can you get in touch please... be nice to get scum put away (well more likely given a slap on the wrist)

Car got towed and is with the police so they can dust it and get zero fingerprints.

The courts should cut a hand off or serve decent sentences to stop this kinda crime. Just my opinion.

Hey some of us from "the colonies" are registered you know! 

However much the same thing happens over here .. we were wondering if we could transport them back to "ol' blighty"?

All that rain .. no sunshine .. never a time that you wax your car but it rains! It would be "moider" for them!   

But back on topic .. it seems to me that you can virtually get away with anything with just a slap on the wrist. You can't take it out on the person who did it as that is assault. They go to court and get a piddly little fine whereas you are stuck with the hassle of repair as well as any insurance excess you might find yourself on the end of.

My motto stands "Kill em all and let God sort it out"!

Hang on .. the weather is good .. AGAIN .. might go out and give the GTI a wax ..

thats horrible really feel for you.

get an RNS 510, almost impossible for a thief to nick, well quickly anyway and the OEM look should put off most tea leaves.
