sorry to hear this maxamus!!! i had a simular problem, i was 17 and in my golf mk3 cab, i was doing about 50 in a 30 and some t0sser pulled out on me then SMASH

he tried to say i was going to fast but it dosnt matter if i was doing 70 as he shouldnt have pulled out, insurence said he was at fault and i won the case

sorry to hear about this mate
i know that road well, use it every morning coming from stockton to durham
its obvious to me that he's to blame too, as everyone's said - he obviously wasn't looking as its a decent stretch of road
some people just shouldn't be driving!

I do 40,000 miles a year and I can say without hesitation that the biggest problem on the roads are the over 65's.

Car is in the paintshop and the Alloys are on order.
I think i might have the car back by next week  :smiley:
