Damage to my car:












Damage = Wing mirror, scratch near wing mirror, brushing on front and rear passenger side wheel arch, 2x alloys plus driver side tyre wall damaged.

Ouch, looks like there is no great panel damage though, and hopefully all can be cured by a good bodyshop paint job and some TLC. New Monza's/tyres and wing mirror obviously. Shame to see a GTI in the best colour in this state though. On a positive note, I have just had my bonnet repainted and the paintwork/finish is fine, good match and no obvious signs of repaint - downside was the poor masking and overspray on the car - make sure you inspect it fully upon collection :wink:

Sorry to hear bout this mate.Theres nothing more annoying than knowing your in the right and arguing with some old tosser who shouldnt even be allowed to drive!! Although your car is driveable theres nothing worse than driving your car damaged.
Anyway hope you get sorted and get yer car back when fixed in tip top shape.
Am i right in thinking that is Bradbury services?I know the road well.

Ye mate the car went into the repair centre today afternoon who will have an estimate ready by tomorrow. I showed the estimator the damage. I think i'll have the car back within 2/3 weeks.
My courtesy car got dropped off this morning. Its a 3dr 08 Reg Astra 1.8 SRi  :sick:
Its only got 400miles on the clock mind. Think i better open it up  :evil:

As said in the previous threads. My reply is a bit slow but Im sorry to hear about the GTi but as said previously. It could have been far worse for you and the car.
