Cheshire Salvage?
« on: 09 April 2008, 13:05 »
Has anybody dealt with them?

I won an item on ebay on Sunday but mailed them Friday, Sunday and Yesterday and haven't heard anything since?

The feedback on eBay isn't particually great either...

I will never deal with them again. It took four $§&#ing weeks for some door membranes to arrive to my door. I phoned them a countless number of times and e-mailed them repeatedly. They said that ebay had frozen their account due to non payment of fees and that they had no access to buyers information, but it was good that I had phoned as they could get my address and send them to me straight away. Two and a half weeks later, they posted them despite having my address. Very poor service and I would not reccomend them to anyone except Bryan Stringer, my old boss who deserves to be *#§&ed over.

sound like typical scrappies to me .

bit thick and unhelpful.

their listing does say no wiper/motor , but fails to mention no spoiler either.

Look at the last entry in my project post (G60) and see what I recieved when I was expecting a new membrane kit.
I will urge everyone here to stear well clear of this cowboy outfit.
Spread the word about how crap they are. Its only slander if its not true!!

I sent an email asking for a price of mk3 gti rear lights as they are pretty close by, they were quick to respond but wouldnt committ to a price they just suggested I go down there to see them.

Fat chance as I will go down there and they will want £50 or something silly. Just wanted a ball park figure really before making the trip.

Customer Service skils need a bit of polishing up by the looks of it.
