Blimey! You have been a busy boy!

I think I'll have to let mine 'run in' a bit more before I go for a map. Still happy with the extra horses over the GTI for now

So its an Edition 30 available in a disgusting colour with inferior wheels then!?
Basically, yeah.. I was kind of hoping that this was coming out a few months back, as I was having to wait a little longer to order my car and was afraid the Ed30 was going to finish production. This being my next choice if it came over here..
But i'm soooo glad I managed to get the ED30. As this Pirelli is not available in Candy White by the looks of things..
Do prefer the seats though..

Don't tell Phil that they do it in BLUE or we'll have to pin him to his computer chair till he calms down. I hope the blue is laser blue rather than shadow blue. So, if they do it in other colours, will the stitching stay yellow or be colour co-ordinated with the paintwork?

I quite like the seats myself, but not as much as the interlagos cloth.

The alloys are quite cleverly designed with the "P" effect using the spokes and rim, but again, I'm not  a lover of them.

The good thing is that we get 3 different GTI's for the MKV

All we need after this is the run out "extra, extra special, limited (to how many we can sell), throw in all the extras" version and we know the MKVI is due

Has no one else picked up on "A numbered plaque also features inside."

I do believe the pirelli is now the official "limited" edition example?

I think its Graphite blue. I have this on my GTI. Nice colour, even if I do say so myself!

I'm not a fan of some of the detailing on that Pirelli version, I think it could look seriously naff a few years down the road. The tyre tread on the seats, yellow stitching, the "Pirelli" logos and emblems in place of the normal "GTI" logos... all a little dodgy and "Max Power" in my opinion!

Wonder if we can "persuade" VW UK to retro=fit number plaques to "official" UK Edition 30's? :undecided:
