Help?

So some of you may recall my post about 6months ago.

Well the court date came through, 08/04/08 and after speaking to a solicitor its pretty clear-cut im guna have to re-take my test. Thing is my insurance renewal is the day after the court date (09/04/08), but i'm not 100% sure what will actually happen when i go to court. I have a years no-claims as of the 9th so my renewal has dropped £400, but obviously i'll have to tell them the outcome of the trial.

Basically if i have a new license, does that now mean i have no no-claims as affectivly i have a new a license? Will the insurance company fully rape me for getting disqualified/revoked?

Any help or info would be awesome

You have to tell them that you were banned, for sure! Cant renew your policy if you dont have a license!
