Digi-lag cured by Blitzchip?

Been reading about different chips for the 8v Digi. The Blitzchip claims in the ad' to get rid of the Digi-lag....... any views on this as may part with a mighty £12.95 for one  :grin:

I don't think a semi will give the same results

Had the timing done as by Rubjonny's FAQ but we did'nt have a CO thing so we guessed that!  My car suffers from idle troubles so I dont know if that could have effected the timing.....i do know she is drinking more fuel since she was tuned?

ISV will affect take off it did mine now thats what I called digi-lag!

May be a stupid question, but what is digi-lag? As in, how will I tell if I have it?

if you have the digi ignition system (89 on) you may feel slight "lag" as you put your foot to the floor i.e. the engine will take a second or so to liven up.
