upgraded from 8v to 16v :)

just sold my 5 door 8v, hopefully getting a red 16v tomoroo
first things first.. air flow- gonna go with just panel filter and drill the box out, has anybody tested which is better pipercross or K&N or is there not any difference? cheers

Please post what you think of the performance difference between the two. I'd really like to know how big it is. :smiley:

I of course meant the difference between 8V and 16V not air filters. :smiley:

gutted- raining today so iv not been able to get it (needs some minor work done before i can have it)
so nobody any idea which to go for? K&N cos its 2 quid cheaper?

I've been using K&N filters for years and swear by them... I am currently using a K&N panel on my valver and it made a huge difference. With my box drilled & trumpet taken out the car roars!!! Makes peoples heads turn cos it sounds so sweet!! Drill it right then it'll sound quiet during slow acceleration and open up when you put your foot down!!!

K&N all the way!!!
