Bye Bye GTI - Hello AMG

after nearly a year and 15000 miles in my golf, on the spur of the minute, i have traded it against an 05 55 plate Mercedes E55.

5.4 litre supercharged gramps mobile.

its been a pleasure and i know i'll be back, but i have another calling...

thanks for the tips and info along the way :wink:

sure is..small price to pay for insane motoring..tis a short term thing i'm sure, and probably an extremely expensive whim, but it had to be done...

roughly 150 a month extra in fuel and tax is a reasonable price to pay i reckon.

got an amazing deal on the golf in swap as well...they gave me 17500 for it !!! :laugh:
