engine transplant
« on: 22 March 2008, 13:09 »
Hi guys,  Ive had lots of Gtis but ive just purchased a 1987 clipper cabrio 1.8. Im looking to put a 16v engine from a mk2 in. I know this has been done lots of times but i dont need any unnecessary costs. Im hoping someone can tell me that its straightforward? do i need to change the gearbox or clutch? Can anyone answer this please?
