misfiring gti!

the gti has started to misfire today........
ive changed the coil, tested ignition module, the plugs do look worn but nothing to make it misfire like its doing......... ive checked all earth leads , the ht leads were replaced not long ago.

the only thing i havent yet tested is the hall sender could it be this.......it struggles to hit 30mph and it seems to misfire on just before half throttle.....

misfires heavy on full throttle......!
but if i use light throttle i can keep the revs at 5000rpm and it will run normal....... but it doesn misfire throughout the rev range......

ive been on it all day and cant find whats up with it......
and ive only just filled it up with petrol

any ideas

ive done the plugs and its better but its still doing it.
but using light throttle i can hit rev limiter with out it misfiring. but if i use anymore than light throttle it the engine shakes and judders...........

ive checked the air flow meter, injectors, the only thing i havent checked is the hall sender could it be this.....


i'd only just filled it with petrol could it be that.....
something to do with the petrol......

Replace the distributor cap and rotor arm and see how it goes then.

ive fount a dissy cap and rotor arm which i know are ok.....its just thats it isnt genuine but thats made no diffrence.......

i dont know what else it can be it will have to go dealer......
