Can anyone tell me what postal service power bulbs use to send their orders?

i have used them and had no problems, not sure who they use mind  :smiley:

The website doesn't say.  I've ordered loads of things recently, but I have the feeling they have used parcelnet.

I live in an apartment block, and they left a little note if my postbox.  Because I was out they left my package on top of the post boxes.  As you can imagine, it's not there any more.

thats not good, get on to them and see what they say! might sort you out with some more  :undecided:

Ahh yeah, got their number, I just can't ring the courier.

I'm going to give powerbulbs a bell tomorrow, see what they say.  Only thing I know for sure is that I'm not at fault as I'm entitled to be out, but parcelnet should have not left my package in a communal area.

ah sorry mate; misinterpreted your post  :sad:

i thought Powerbulbs used Royal Mail? most of my bulbs have come via post  :undecided:

as you say get onto Powerbulbs as they'll have a tracking number  :smiley:
