dont know if you can trust a man offering unlimitted free sex contacts but have a look at this ebay seller. reading through his feedback he has sold a couple with positive feedback although one person says the chip was a "powerchip" rather than vw motorsport.  looks a decent price though

I've got a complete 2E 2.0 motor you can have for £100 here in Bristol.

Can be seen running etc.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Holiday cottages on the Isle of Wight for 2-10 people? PM me.

I take it you have the digi engine?

you can pick the replacement chip itself up for £20 off ebay, try a seller called "higherpeaks"

i tried one for 6 months and although the car pulled better through the gears, fuel economy wasnt much different. i think my knock sensor is busted mind so it made my pinking problem much worse!

I don't think a semi will give the same results

iirc its a remapped chip using a standard remap. its probably a superchips copy.

these things are apparently easy to copy, the chip themselves cost very little.

they do make a difference, but dont expect it to feel like you bolted a turbo on

I had one on my old mk2 and it seemed to pull better at the top end. Fuel consumption was no different. And i got mine from Higher Peaks too I think.

chips are about £3 tops... its always the code that costs...i know that the old ps1 was done that way and the chips back then were £1 and sold for £15 and then more for fitment so a copy of a known remap is always gonna be cheaper!
