i'm also thinking its half the price and the only difference is the R Logo and the chrome surround at the bottom!

I prefer the second one....just looks smoother with the black stitching rather than grey/white..
Does that second one have the same indents around the top as on the top one, as you can't tell from the angle its been photographed at..
