i took my small front bumper off today to put a big bumper on with the fog lights already in the big bumper, but the big bumper would not fit flush due to the fog lights touching the front panel. does the panel need to changed or cut. i should of explained better but i was rushing to get the bumper on cos of the rain. hope you get what i'm on about

cheers blue..
the link you give shows a bumper without fog lights (thanks though)  if you look at the pic where the car is jacked up and the black grill has been removed there is a panel that go's between the 2 wings that the front spoiler is fixed to. this is where the problem is. when the fogs are in the bumper the bumper wont fit flush due to the fogs touching this panel.
does that panel have to be changed / removed /or cut.

I believe that Blue is right. The big bumper model does not have the pressed steel lower panel so it should be unbolted and removed.
