Pescara wheel colour.
« on: 16 March 2008, 08:27 »
Got a couple of stone chips on my Pescaras. Does anyone know a touchup stick colour that would match?
I was thinking that steel grey would be too dark.

Any thoughts?

I have three spokes on one wheel where a stone has dinted the surface. I just want to make it level again.

Will have to go to Halfords and have a good look.

Mind you I could ring VW customer services and make them work for their money.  :smug:

Its just gone through the colour on one of them. So I want to cover it up ASAP. The other two the colour coat has moved a little, to make a dint. I could fill with lacquer and rub down with 1200 grade.

I hate stone chips!!!!! And the back end of the car is a bit of a tar magnet.!!! Tiny little dots......Anyway rant over. I do love the car really
