This update will be bug fixes only, there will be no power increase its just not something a manufacturer would do.

It could be likely that your car running better fuel might be putting out slightly more than the states 200bhp, as for Rolling Road results well dyno lottery springs to mind.  At the end of the day its how it performs on the road and if your happy.

....I couldn't agree more  - On road driveability is all important. Power is useless without traction.

i know someone that has his black ed30 chipped to 307bhp, and he says he cannot drive it fast off the line because there is absolutely no traction, too much hp for the front wheel to contend with. The only time he gets fast excelaration is when from 60mph onwards without it wheelspinning in every gear.Pointless in my eyes, why would you wanna put 300bhp on a front wheel drive car. You need 4wd for it to cope with.Vw should roll out a GTi special edition 300hp, 4wd, 2.0 litre tfsi with LSD then that would be a car to own im sure!!.

....Well, not even I could mod a GTI to 4wd, but the LSD is easy!

Agreed !

The Audi TTS engine and running gear in a Golf GTi would be an awesome car

or put in another way ... a 300 bhp 2.0FSI engine in the R32

To be honest 300 bhp through the front wheels is asking for trouble in most cars unless you know how to handle it, my own personal opinion is 307 bhp would be used far more for me while on the motorway or dual carriages for overtaking and edginhgahead of that a*hole that wants to sit in yer bumper  Perfect conditions might see a sub 5.5 sprint from 0-60, but not that often!
