great info guys

need to sort the tubing out, tshirt what do u actually recommend ?? my IC is the same as Dans

Recommend , as in what? Size, material?
Look at the boost run on mine, it will be very similar to your layout. Due to using TT/S3/cupra inlet.  I used 57mm stainless tube. I also used a toyosport ebay IC . Going too large on the tube can be harder to run due space needed.

No. Didn't buy a kit. Bought all bits separate due to not wanting be left with any bends etc that I didn't need. Plus stainless was easier for me to work with.

Here's the tool I used:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pipe-Tube-Beading-Tool-/190529519802?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item2c5c71c0ba

Its designed for pipes upto 2.5", brilliant tool, you use it in a vice. The bead is down to you how much you want it pressed, big lip or just a bulge as your in the control of the vice. Its fine to use on stainless piping, as I cut down one off the standard stainless pipes and beaded it to have an additional T-piece rather than buying odd bits that I could save money on (same thing you can do with the standard silicon, slice it up into pieces, lengths or angles you may need, its money in your pocket). Also the 18 swg thickness limitation can be ignored for alluminium due to it being softer and I succeeded on a bigger swg size in aluminum pipes to bead.

Here's the device in action:

The t-piece in stainless I was on about:

The lip it produces:

You doing any thing additional like catch can install, making additional brackets, cleaning injectors?

Hope this helps

I'm from kent/london really, the thing says northfleet but I'm around the wellin/ bexleyheath dare DA16/DA9 as I have not yet moved house yet.

Try registering to a locost/kit car forum such as this: http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/

The guys on there have a wealth off knowledge and will help out majorly with a few beer tokens if they are local.

I have a cheap ultrasonic cleaner, my engines only now upto 75k and the idle feels smoother after the clean, the lads on the audisport forum are on this and are seeing improvements in idle and response on engines as little as 50k... But I'm no expert, while its out why not give it a clean and you can inspect the o-rings as well. I had two nasty o-rings on my injectos when I first took them out at 65k so it does not hurt to have a look I suppose.
