Cheers for that , everything should be ok, just the no cat issue. the Cat thats coming from the states is currently "been processed" my UK Customs

so if we do need it, it should not be long till we have it.. i hope i dont need it tho, would rather run with no cat

Take the test, its will fail for no cat then you have x amount of days to have a mega cheap re-test which will simply be has it got a cat... yes... PASS! Also this would make you aware of any little niggles that the car may have.
