Spot on mate, never seen my missis spend 10 hours detailing the oven,  good point made...........can hear the rumbling of female GTI owners hammering the keyboards right now........

First apologies, didn't get the Golf done, it was for my BM, but thanks to a tipoff by whitegtidriver, I booked with Jason Brough at Purefinish in Gillingham.  The results were stunning and this guy really grafts. So there you have it a good detailer in Kent.

he has a bucket with a grit guard in it (not two buckets i know), tbh it was set up for TV and the car was clean before he washed it, oh and yes he uses a sponge also, but its a Zymol sponge
