That's a classic Mk2 but I still don't understand why the finest modded Candy White in the land got moved on so quickly! Why don't you tell us, Rob? :smiley:

Did you sell it 'as is' with all its mods?

That's a fine looking Candy white.
Curious as to the spec as RR holds it in such high regard. What mods did you make???
As for the MK2 it looks wonderful and unabused makes me want one too!!!

Your MKII has the same G60 BBS rims as mine. If you do get splits I may be interested in having them off you as mine are a bit battered!

....It's Rob's cosmetic mods which I hold in such high regard - Extremely tastefully and well done in my opinion. :smiley:

I know I'm not RR  :wink: but IIRC he also had an R32 rear end (exhaust and bumper), looked lovely, after putting so much hard work into it I also wonder why he sold it so soon  :huh:

I sold it for a nice price, i hadnt spent thta much on it to be honest,

19'' BBS i swapped with Monzas all colourcoding Free through work, Revo special ;)

Votex front
R32 Rear
Exhaust
Springs

£600ish?

It was an 05 car with 24k, what do you think it was worth?

As i say the Mk2 maybe a temp replacement and a very good one it think,

£16500 , if sold privately, dealer price for an 05 with xenons is £17995, its not much worth more because its modded and not everyone wants one like it, with "REVO" plastered over it ,the 1st thing that comes into mind if i was purchasing would be is its been rallyed . Great looking car, you should of kept it  :smiley:. just my opinion, to a golf GTi fan, then i expect they would of snapped it up and not bothered about whats been done to it.Good luck with your nxt project. Maybe another Mk5??
