I know what youre asking but to get the best power out of the KR is to drop a 2.0 ABF bottom end in. About £300 parts and with a manifold £300 and a tune up at Stealth £90, you should get figure between 160-180 bhp.
But if you want to put a smile on your face when you boot it, get a panel filter for about £40 and drill some holes on the wing side of your air box. The intake of the airbox is directly behind the headlight so drilling the holes allows more air to come in. I also bought a Power Rohr, £20 second hand, which replaces the narrow plastic intake trunk to a wider metal pipe. Throttle response was much better and the sound was amazing (sold the car now

You can buy a KR exhaust cam and replace it with the inlet cam to increase duration (second hand with gear fitted is about £30 if any come up) Get the WUR worked on by stealth to increase fuelling at top end.
Infact read comments about Stealth Tuning as they rolling road and setup your car. Most valvers are not set up to its best potential so they will sort it out and do the WUR mod for £90 ish.
And fix any air leaks, fuelling/idle problem too! Mine totally changed after i fixed all the small things
