Is anyone else doing dash swaps?

just curious if anyone else is doing a dash swap or thinking about doing one and in what car, etc?

he seems to have done a few little tricks different to me. it might be worth me taking note as some of my heaters aren't blowing 100% right

Used to have a '97 MK3 16v GTI 3dr in 'Black Magic'... now have a '55 Civic Type-S...

yep, once this 16ver is on new pistons upto 2lt shes gettin a dash swap, going for a retro bmw dash fron a e30 with a nice momo wheel, im doing something what hasnt been done for a while, but it was a nice swap in the late 80's early 90's, may even go for an e36 dash yet we'll see it will be on a german theme any way, watch this space..........

Just happens that I have a E30 dash, but I dont have any idea where to start?

rip out your old dash is a good start. then throw the BM one in and find out how much will need trimming to get it in there :)

no trimming needed on e30 dash she fits straight in! well width ways anyway!!

ive done whats known as a half dash swap , just taken mine out , nothins goin back in  :laugh:
