The concept cars always tend to be the real attention grabbers and then when we all finally see the production version are let down as the design has inevitably been watered down for cost etc. I for one still like it, but wouldn't swap my Ed30 for one.

yeah the concept looked better but the release version aint bad at all, i like it alot,  just read Auto express whilst on the loo, as it came through the letter box this morning (i get it delivered every week) says it has the most developed chassis VW has ever made, and its supposed to be alot better than the Golf GTI

also says theirs a R type on the horizon which is gonna be 280 bhp and the spiritual successor to the corrado G60!!

set to be a winner by the looks of things :cool:
