The usual reason for delay is that the boat only leaves Hamburg twice a week and the completed car might not leave Wolsburg on a matching date or the next boat gets too full.

You'll appreciate her all the more when she does arrive. Meanwhile I hope you've got a GTI brochure to put under your pillow

....That never even crosses my mind! I buy something to enjoy it. And with a car like the GTI the fact that it's built with the options you want is important.
