My v5 started to run like a bag of sh!t

Just put in garage and coil pack has gone,

been quoted £150 supply and fit, Is that a fair price??????

Sounds a bit steep to me, can't you buy one and fit it yourself?

euro car parts are £120 + vat

And im no mechanic  :undecided:

Thats seems really expensive - though might not be same coil as mine. 

I had one replaced on the 1.8T by the AA on a call-out. That was about £50 inc vat, genuine VAG one too.

make sure u get genuine vw ones as ive gone through a few coil packs which were cheaper ones
