MK2 Golf Owners' Club
« on: 27 February 2008, 15:35 »
Hi

We have set up a VW Golf Mk2 Owners Club, and in 3 mths we have 200+ members, and going from strength to strength.  Good bunch, no question left unanswered.  Free site.  Only MK2 Golf.

Isn't that the same as this place ???  :undecided:
Computer games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

Poach-tastic.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

No not at all, this is an owners' club that caters for MK2 Golfs of all types - no others ie Mk1s or Mk3s.  Hence it's a dedicated Mk2 Club.  There are some very knowledgeable and dedicated enthusiasts.  It's totally FREE to join - you'll never have to pay a membership fee.

We already have sourced some discounts, and one of our members 'HILF' has managed to get coilovers new on a group buy for £150 a set - beat that.

We also have a stand at Ultimate dubs, so pop along and say Hi - after joining of course :smug:

From what i've been told people have been getting them for that anyway on the "buy it now or best offer".

Oh well, i never knew that.  It's a friendly club dedicated to the Mk2 Golf, although most members have GTIs, 16Vs and G60s, but pop along and say hi sometime.  Sorry for the blatant advertising - but you have to be cheeky sometimes
