Hi

I'm waiting to hear back from the broker. They've already confirmed to me the car was only built this week however.

I will lose all faith in the car buying process if I discover THEY'VE BUILT THE WRONG CAR!!!

Mr magoo,

Have you got a delivery date yet? mine is also being built this week and the dealer has told me no more than 4 weeks till I will have it. Mine is a std GTi but is being built with the free leather upgrade.

Hi

Nothing definite but I'm hoping to get it on Fri 14 March. The broker said she couldn't confirm as the car's not at the stealers yet, but she did say it doesn't sound impossible.

Cheers

It takes on average 4 weeks from the build week to get to the UK dealer.

Some come a bit quicker, but not many

Response from the broker:

Vw Golf 5dr Hat 2.0t Fsi Gti Edition 30 Dsg 08. This is the exact description sent to VW when the car was ordered

... but whether VW have actually built that is a different matter I suppose ...

vw_sales....With such a name and what appears to be a significant knowledge about VW matters, I'm curious who you are. Do you work for VW?
