dump valve problem 007p

just had a forge 007p fitted to my golf this morning and i dont think it sounds right
I went for a green spring with 1 shimmy spacer as i have read that this is the best setup for my golf as it is a 1.8T about 200 bhp, also have a piper cross panel filter.

now i am no expert but i thought if you can hear any noise at all from this DV it would be a whoosh or tsshhhh sound instead what i am getting is a ding like somebody has just dropped a spanner in a workshop. Also i think its quite fluttery even if just feathering the throttle in 2nd .. ding ding bloody ding . It was fitted by stealth motor sport he said he would have another look but i was wondering if this is normal and i am just been silly.

ive got all sorted it now but it wasnt easy dealing with stealth racing , i wouldnt really recomend them to anyone . but the problem turned out to be the fact that we had fitted in reverse mode because this is what the guy suggested works best but forge also say the same thing. got it turned around now and the ping has gone but still feel like i have turbo lag now which i did not have before so will be on the phone to forge who have promised if i am not happy with the 007p they will send me a spitter out .  but they strongly suggest keeping the 007p and getting a forced cone filter or cold air intake

swapped the 007p now for the split r now it sounds sweet , just what i was after although not sure if i prefered the performance with 007 . . Turns out the 007 was pingin because we fitted it in reverse possition but i hear it was better like that
