can i add..it looks super shiney in this pic, hopefully mine will be sorted next weekend?? just bought some sonus clay and collinite wax......super expensive for wax but meant to be class! we will see...

Errr.. didnt really measure it kells just made sure they were equall before fitting haha

Boney....are those LED replacements just for the dash and dials..??.....can i do window and sunroof switches with them too...??....are they push fit..?

the 509t led bulbs will only do the clocks and the heater surrounds...but I have found a german ebay site that sells ready made led window switches and sunroof switches.. I will post a link later..
or you can solder the switches but they seem to be very fidly!!! and I am mr unlucky with soldering!!

iv done all sorts, washed, then clayed, then waxed my mk 3, went to my mums house did her house of colour painted ford ka, then the dads mk4 gti turbo

sat night was dj'ing in leeds where i met a fellow mk 3 driver hahaha (Vr6)

good weekend

after a bit of a clean we are looking fresh :)








as for the led dash thing, its easy when u get into it, im well pleased with mine and they get some amazing comments wherever i go :)

Looking good Kells, see what you mean about the 'polished' engine bits. Think I'll stick with just trying to keep it clean though! :wink:

thanx alot for the good coments guys, means a lot to me as iv put alot of time into the car to get it looking how it does today, even the guys at the main dealer are impressed with this early mk 3, and i got a wink of the girl i fancy from their today, got her name now too  :wink:

So yeah, its still a work in progress is my mk 3, lots to be done yet :wink: :cool:

and rich by the pics u look to be running a similar height to me, i have loads of coils to go down on mine left too so you will have too,  :cool:
