Hammerite - So many kinds

I quite fancy painting my brakes up red, make them look sexy, but there's so many different types of Hammerite out there!  Which is the best to use?

Cheers mate.  So to be sure I have everything for painting brakes.

* Wire brush
* That paint
* Brake cleaner
* Paint brush
* a jack

that looks the ok...al though i unbolted and removed the pads for a better look otherwise youll have paint on the pads..and try and buy everything from wilkinsons as its far cheaper there than b&q etc

Bear in mind Hammerite does take 2 weeks to fully harden (honest, I'm not even lying), during the first two weeks, the paint is still pretty soft and most problematic, open to contaminates (brake dust, road muck) so your nice new paint is likely to dull a little.

Just something to bear in mind.

going to sound a bit stupid here but....would using a hair dryer help speed up the hardening process??  need to do my fronts soon

I used caliper paint from halfords. It's £10 but it works a treat and could do 2 cars.

It will feel touch dry in about 2 hours, but it just takes forever to completely harden.
