Oil level ok?
GSF ones on my valver worked fine about £4.75 each, x16 = ouch. Are you handy with spanners?

I have these in my valver (2 sets obviously
)

no probs so far and I've done a fair few miles!
Plus they are easy to change, cam cover off, cam/s out magnetic thingy makes it easy to pull them out, drop your new ones in etc...

yep some days it quick.. other days its slow. shame its normally the latter tho.
seems to take ages to rev up (if ya get me) like a 1.1 with a back box screeming along doing 20mph when it sounds like it should be doing 80!!
i have serviced it when i got it... dizzy seems clean (i have also cleaned the points in there) the rotor arm is still shiney gold.. dunno what else to do. i have had loads of gtis b4 and this 1 is no were near as quick as previous ones. timings??? MAF??? bloody cars!! lol
