what is the correct et for a mk3 golf ,are they all the same or do they vary.i got 16" x9" alloys et 20 and they stick out an inch and a half ,and was wondering if i flared the arches would they go that far .
i know vrs are about 35 .

gti's and 15" bbs rims are et35 too... the anni 16" uses et32 due to its extra width
et20 quite far out of the arch and you would need a good 1" i recon on the arches

they stick out 1" and 1/2 ,i think i will get the arches flared to suit the wheels .
