« on: 23 February 2008, 13:15 »
Right chaps ill try to describe this the best i can, when driving the car normaly it runs fine ticks over fine and every things tickety boo but when i boot it and change gear and put the power on again i get a slight jolt and a loss of power for a split second and then the same again each time i change gear but as i said this only happens when im gunning it. And befor any one says any thing its not my driving

Just wondered if any ones got any ideas befor i have to take it to a garage.

could be an engine mount or a clutch release bearing. Simple test to check it's not the bearing.. put it in 3rd and slow right down to 20 then put the foot down again without touching the clutch. If it does the same then it's a mount rather than the clutch bearing
