word of warning, try and find somewhere that has been recomended for getting your arches done. I had 17's fitted on mine but they stuck out too much (sorry not got a clue of the proper term - offset?). So asked my local vw specialist of to get them done and they did a sh*t job of it.

120 for the rear rolled, and they only just touched the top section of the arch, leaving the setion lower down that actually rubbs even sharper than before. Shoulda known not to trust somewhere that specialises in jap cars!!

Just do a bit of research on the place before hand.

the godfather of VW modifying did my swift GTI full bodywork, not cheep but by far the best, over 12 performance VW cover cars, 6 fast ford cover cars etc etc list goes on, he has gone a bit quiet at the mo but anyone who is proppe rinto VW's should have heard of Dave from B autos and Bini with his (at the time) upfront mk 2's.

dave pioneered the Audi handle swap in the uk  and the flush tailgates when they first started not to mention a whole host of other stuff including some of the first ever VR6 into MK 1 & MK 2 conversions, really knows his thang, as an example he wanted to drop a WRX lump into my humble swift GTI..the guy is mad..

had alot of fun in his shed looking F reg Jetta which was powered by a 240 BHP (ish) VR6 lump hahahah

in a nutshell, only go somewhere who has done it before alot of times or it will look very very sh!te, mine looks a factory finish which is what u want
