So you purchased your Golf, what was the first thing you did to it?

exhaust and forge dv were the first things i did, remap was supposed to be on the same day but they had issues with uploading the software and had to go back a few weeks later.

first thing i did was see how fast she would go (on a private road)

first mod was front arm rest (i think)

I think the first thing i will do is a re-map - The car i am getting has everything else

Mine was a 1.4 so couldnt do much, first mod was a sound system, then wheels, tints and a gti spoiler, then we all know what happened next

take it you're just going for performance mods then?

i'd recommend getting bigger brakes after the re-map and before doing any further performance ones.

getting an MP3 capable system is essential too IMO

Its already got big brake mod and also an iPod Alpine head unit

first thing was:

waste some chavs and any other idiots who thought tailgating was fun

ordered some custom mats
fitted MKV rear wiper

2 years later and i'm still not finished

I think the rear aero (then the fronts) will be the first hardware changes I do.
