Need to freshen up my tired Mk3..
« on: 21 February 2008, 10:26 »
1st post in the mk3 section!!

Anyways..my daily driver is looking a bit tired...its a 1998 GL Tdi - its just about to pass 170k and the front end is looking a little worse for wear...cracked headlamps and indecators and such...so, wana give it a bit of a make over as the rest of the car is lovely! so what I wana do is replace the headlamps (I have some Hellas from ebay as I dont wana pay through the roof for them!)

The other bits I wana change is the indicators and fake fog covers, and the side repeaters, getting the front re painted too as its coverd in stone chips..

The indicators are currently coloured and I'd like clear ones front and side...am I right in thinking the vr6 had these as standard? and if so does anyone know the part numbers? and does anyone have the part number for the fog cover?

Cheers guys n gals :)
