Subtle little difference.  I had had to shorter the slack as it were a tad as it was getting stuck in reverse, but all gears work now.  Seems stiffer in each gear now when changing.

Put some white grease on it

Think I need to get hold of some grease though, trip to Halfords at some point I think

Yeah nice little mod, something else taken care of now!  Need to fit the silicon hoses eventually too.
