Saying it's in mint condition's a bit misleading, if the back two wheels are buckled. . . How did they get buckled?

what do the dashboard dials look like? black or white? 140mph or 160 mph?

does it have the colour concept emblems on rear door skirts?

Mint condition....except 4 the wheels. I dunno how they got buckled they guy at the tyre place told me when i got new tyres, it was the guy/girl b4 me that buckled them. I did have 17" Audi wheels 2 put on but they won't fit. Needed to get pcd adaptors. White dials...but the plastic trim shows "GTi". Whats the actual difference between a GTi and a Colour Concept?! Apart from the interior?

Well the difference between them would be that ones an actual colour concept (1 of a few hundred) and ones a replica (standard gti with a mishmash of cc bits) (1 of tens of thousands i guess)...

engines were the same i think... although only the 8v in uk.

Think they had white dials,
Theink they should have colour soncept on the side mouldings not gti,
Think they have colour concept inscribed into leather
If its a 16v, your speedo dials should go upto 160 mph not 140mph, and the revs to 6,900 not 6000 ish.
Think they had the 15" BBS solitudes from a vr6 highline...

Not sure what else

Possibly just a plain old 16v GTi then. Altho...it can't be 1 of thousands if there was only a few hundred colour concepts...unless the seats came from abroad. They do have the Colour Concept embossed on the seats...the rev limiter goes to 7k. The wheels aren't standard but came with the car whn i bought it.

youll get 1500 tops but probably more like 1000-1200 bieng realisitic

there are so many about its unbeleivable, unless you find someone who desperately wants yours people can afford to wait

I was offered 2k a month or 2 after i bought it. Didn't sell it tho cos i was madly in love with it. Honeymoon period n all that, lol. My previous car was an E reg Austin Mini :grin: so there was quite a big step up! If i'm being honest i was hoping 2 get £1600 for it...we'll just have 2 wait n see tho.
