yes might sell the passat back to vw for £19k and pocket the cash and go have a look at the red one. But i would prefer to buy from the delaer for aftersales backup, which so far has always been 1st class.

Try getting the dealer to buy the red one for you. That way they'll give it the once over for you, they may get a little off it by being trade and you may get a better trade in too. I've done this in the past with my local dealers and they are fine with it

Iv had a look on pistonheads but cant seem to find many DSG's, dont know why?? The red one looks extremely nice thou...will my R32 have the same red??
