Could anyone tell me what are the best Koni dampers to put 35mm lowered Eibach Pro-Springs on please? Again, quite a few to choose from Gas/Hydraulic & adjustable/non adjustable..
Choices, choices... Driving me nuts

My dad has Eibach springs with the Koni adjustable dampening shocks on his mk2 and together with a set of Eibach arb's the handling is amazing!

Amazing, firm but comfortable and doesn't crash over pot holes at all, but not soft by any means. Admittidly the 14" wheels probably help and 3 wheel action is a common occurance too

As for rattles, not really. If you have to park 2 wheels on the pavement you hear the car creak a little as it is that little bit stiffer and depending on how high the kerb is it can even cock a wheel then!

I just checked out Motorsport World, cheapest for parts & top guys..
They offer 3 types of Koni dampers for a 16v!
I guess your Dad's will be gas Mew? Do you adjust them from under the bonnet on the shock tops?

Yep, top adjustables.

Maybe the cheapest, although my one dealing with them left a lot to be desired in all honesty  However, on the site the Koni dampers they list are sealed/non-sealed adjustables and sealed/non-sealed non-adjustables. I would go for the sealed adjustables if i were you
