Anyone got a how to take the roofliner off a mk5 golf?

Just got a new RNS510 satnav and im going to put a combined shark fin and beesting ariel on the car.
would be great if someone had a how to remove roofliner,or even just the back bit so as to get my hands in without causing a crease in the roofliner.
any help would be much appreciated.

Hi

The first bit of this http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=53808.0 may help, it for installing rear parking sensors but I had to remove the trim at the rear which I recall allows you to see the base of the aerial mount.
