That is amazing - shows up the pearlescent paint very well. Whats it like outdoors in natural light?

Strongly considering getting mine done as soon as I can after it arrives, might as well start with a good paint finish.

That does look absolutely mint

Taking it to a detailers like that every so often is probably worth its weight in gold. The feelgood factor must ramp right up as I know mine does for my car even when I've just given it the quick once over

Your pretty close, £240, i got mine done at last years price though because thats when i booked it, it's a little more now but still worth every penny imho. My car was only a month old so they classed it as a "New Car" detail, if your car is a year or two old that will probably be a "Full correction detail" which is a bit more expensive since the car is likely to have more swirl marks etc plus it'll probably need more cleaning to remove tar deposits etc.

It looks awesome in daylight, the depth is incredible and when the sun hits it the flake literally jumps out at you.
Hopefully i'll be able to get it back to them soon to get the bonnet sorted.
I carefully washed and dried the bonnet this morning and there's definately some marring, it's not just a streaky mark as i'd hoped it might have been last night.

Cracking finish.  I have been looking through the detailing world website for a while and the finish they give the cars in outstanding.

Don't get me wrong I love my black GTi, especially in the summer when it's clean, but looking at the GTi in the link below that was done by the same company, I wish sometimes that I had a red one
