i have seen some alloy wheels and tyres on ebay that i really like, i have spoken to the seller and he has told me that he doesnt know wot theese wheels are worth but he is open to offers, i really want them so i wanna make a good offer, but not too much,

He means crap tyres that may may cause you to end up in a ditch! Ask the seller what tyres they are!

Also why not just wait til the auction ends and bid last minute you may get them for just over a hundred.
